This past Tuesday was my birthday, and to say the least Dave over did himself. I woke up to the smell of breakfast and him making me waffles, bacon, and eggs (my favorite). When I got out of bed my cute husband had got me flowers and the sweetest note ever. He did have to go to work, but while he was gone I received so many phone calls that made my day fabulous. I have the best friends and family possible. I went to lunch with Hailey, Aubrey, and the kids and we went to San Francisco Bread Co and it was delicious. thanks again aubrey!

My 21st Birthday!
Beale Street
Last weekend Morgan and John were in town and we decided to do some sight seeing and go down to beale street. It was a lot of fun and really crowded. Basically its a street that they block off and there is jazz and blues playing at every restaurant and it is famous for their ribs.

Happy Mother's Day
For Mother's Day we gave my mom this portrait by Greg Olson with a little girl that is identical to Jazmin. Happy Mother's Day to my mom. We are so thankful for her and everything she does for us. She is the best mom ever! We love you. I am also thankful for a great mother in law, Happy Mother's Day, we love you!
Family and Game 4
Although I missed David John so much, it was great to be able to come back home and hang out with my cute mom and sisters every day. I miss not being able to do the small things with them like watch Jazmin when she wakes up and go to lunch with the girls everyday. While I was back I was able to do everything with my family and I am already missing it.
Trip Back to Utah
I was able to come back home last Sunday and my parents took Tyson, and I to the Utah vs. Lakers game 3. One of the highlights of the night for my mom and I was the one and only David Archuleta. How cute is he? He sang the National Anthem and was simply amazing. The cheers for him were probably louder than winning game 3. It was great to be back with my family and it was really great to be able to go to a playoff game with at least one David.
Here is David with his huge smile!Wednesday, May 7, 2008
My DAD!
I know I have already posted but I could not forget to post about this tonight!

My AMAZING parents!
Anyone who knows my Dad knows how generous he is. He would literally give anyone the shirt off his back and never expects anything back. This story is a small, small example of what my Dad does I am sure on a daily basis that no one ever knows about. This literally brought tears to my eyes today as my mom told me the story. My Dad travels all the time for work and goes quite often to Phoenix for buisness. Last night my dad was headed back to his hotel room for bed but stopped off at the local 7-Eleven to grab something to drink and some waters for the hotel room. As he was ready to pay two little hispanic boys probably about 8 years old asked the cashier how much a drink would be. The cashier replied $1.06. The little boys then took their change and went and started talking my dad now overhearing what they said. They did not have enough money to each get a drink and that maybe they would share a small drink. My dad walked over there and asked them if they wanted to get a slurpee they quickly replied and grabbed each a 32 oz slurpee, my dad then continued to ask maybe they wanted to get some chips or some candy. They grabbed some chips and thanked my dad unconditionally. This is something that my dad didn't even think twice about when most people would not of even considered to pay attention to these two little boys counting change to get a drink. I am so thankful for my dad and i love him more than he will ever know. My dad and mom are the most giving and unselfish people and gives us more than we could ask for. We are so thankful for my dad and mom!
Wedding Pics and Utah
These wedding pics are for my friend Erica...here you go!
At the Temple with Chelsea
My moms side of the family with all my cute cousins..well most of the cousins. I can't believe this has already been a year! It was the best day ever. Our first year was amazing and I can't wait to do it all over again...j/k David. After only a week I decided to come home to Utah. I missed my family and missed having something to do everyday. Although I miss David terribly and I feel horriable about leaving him while he is out there working his little tail off, I needed to come back. With me being so close to my family it was hard leaving and I needed a little pick me up. Thanks to my father for hooking me up with the ticket I was able to come back. I have enjoyed being home, even though the plane ride was a little long, and poor David having to drive me to Little Rock, it is good to be home and sleep in a comfortable bed. I can't wait to enjoy the rest of my time here and then get back to Memphis and be with Dave.

TORNADO WARNING!
Well to say the least Memphis has been very fascinating to me. Memphis is beyond beautiful, it is green, lush, and very pretty, but it also has its downfalls. All day while I am here and Dave is selling i have watched a lot of the news, and I am in shock of the amount of crime that is here. There is a stabbing, shooting, hit and run, to name a few within the couple hour span from the previous news show. Dave has banned me from watching the news here in Memphis! But today was something different, today there was a Tornado Warning! They said that the hail was the size of golf balls, the wind was reaching 103 mph, and that there were several funnel clouds and that we should take shelter to the nearest basement. Well we are on the top level of our apartments, (no wonder why no one wanted the top floor). I to say the least was freaking out. Dave came home after his meeting to get his daily peanut butter and jelly sandwich on his way out and I told him what i should do if the tornado heads this way. Dave's answer, "I'll call ya." Perfect, hopefully i would still be here when he got home. Well, i am still here and the tornados (yes plural) did not hit us but we still have the rain which is like no other rain that we have in Utah. It comes down hard and fast. I ams ure we will have more than just this one scare, but it was a news that I have never experienced before and it was SCARY!
